Błażej DuberI booked the appointment and later got sick, the doctor told me I can’t go to sauna so I contacted the place to let them know and rebook the appointment. I got the reply and confirmation. When I showed up for the meeting two weeks later the appointment was not in the system and I was deny entrance to sauna, lost time for transportation, sad moment. The communication over the phone was polite but perhaps I recommend you to call the place on the day of the appointment to check if your booking is in the system
