I was unable to use my journie rewards points on potato chips that were on sale. I believe my journie reward should be accepted as cash and not as limited use. This is one of the reasons I was unhappy when they changed over to this new system of giving you $2 here or $2 there for salty or sweet treats. I would rather have the actual product than $2 off Hello your comments don't provide me with a resolution. I ended up having to buy three full price bags of chips (small) and paying additional money whereas I could have gotten too large bags of chips and only paid an extra $2
