Not sure how anyone could complain about them. They are the best! Between this office and the other open every day. The best doctors and nurses. Just amazing and so glad we found them.

Love their “walk in” sick visits. I love even more that we get to wait in the car till they’re ready. This means a lot with an infant. Everyone who we have seen has been delightful and knowledgeable.

LOVE Dr. DeSilva & Dr. Terry! Dr. Christian is great too. I’ve never met more compassionate doctors who truly love what they do. Not only are they super knowledgeable/know their field, but they actually care about their patients and their family. The doctors I named above have always followed-up with me after sick visits (within 24 hours). I have been taking my kids there for 4 1/2 years now (since they were infants) and would not dream of taking them anywhere else. Also, Carrie (sp?) at the front desk is always friendly and helpful.

We LOVED this place when we lived in Henrico and went to their Offices over there. But since moving to Midlothian and having to switch Offices it's been non stop issues... Dr. Heyman is great and the Nurses are mostly great as well. The front staff is pure garbage.... They have an attitude that's between they don't want to be at work and they just hate themselves for living. My Wife has had multiple encounters with rude front staff there. They don't like to answer any questions without giving you attitude or being condescending with their response. We've also dealt with an older white lady who was rude in person at the front desk. All because we asked about what we needed to do for their new COVID procedures they had... My recent experience (10/19/2023) was with Cathy/Kathy on the phone. I think that's what I heard her say. I couldn't tell because of the mumbling and ghetto attitude accent. If they cleaned house with the front staff, this Office would probably be great. I'll be taking my Daughter to Kid Med I guess. Closer and front staff is friendlier. I'm giving 2 Stars for the Nurses and Dr. Heyman, who are great, otherwise it's be a 1. (And that'd only be because Google doesn't have a 0 Stars option)
