(2025/04/05) Came here today for an urgent wisdom teeth removal surgery, overall a fairly satisfying visit. Because of the weird positions of my wisdom teeth, the surgery is definitely a hard task, with possible danger and risk. Another clinic said they recommended IV sedation or at least laughing gas, and they refused to get it done with only local anesthesia. Considering the surgery difficulty, additionally, they were unable to confirm the expected date of surgery while I just could not wait for longer. And then someone recommended me Sherwood, I contacted them this Friday afternoon, booked an appointment and only expected for a diagnosis. It is Saturday evening at the moment, I am typing this review with some remaining feelings of anesthesia: Two of my wisdom teeth were already removed this afternoon, using only local anesthesia, just one day after I contacted them. Efficiency, this is absolutely one of the biggest advantages here. There are not many clinics operating on Saturdays, fewer are able to accept urgent cases and even fewer for urgent surgeries. Dr. Ge did the surgery for me, smoothly and successfully. Thank you Dr. Ge and I hope the recovery will be good as well. She is a very experienced and skillful dentist that you can trust. The costs here are consistent and transparent with ODA Fee Guide. Although everything is functioning properly, the environment and devices here are a little bit old comparing to some other clinics. I think this is something they could consider for improvement.

My family and I have been with Dr. Ge and her team for a few years. I’ve never had a bad experience at this office. Dr. Ge is knowledgeable, very skilled, considerate, and patient. She took time to answer all my questions about denture plan…… Then I got the dental bone graft, root canal treatment with her. The assistants are helpful and organized. The office staff are supportive and thoughtful to follow up the treatment. I definitely would recommend to others !

They saw me last minute for a broken tooth, they are quick and very kind and work with their patients. They are helpful with payments and scheduling and work around your schedule to best suit your needs. 5/5 would recommend.
