⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cherry Lane Shopping Mall – A Bright, Welcoming Experience I’ve been coming to Cherry Lane Mall for years and have always appreciated its bright, cheerful atmosphere. The layout is easy to navigate, the people are friendly, and the mall-wide security is low-key and respectful, creating a comfortable environment for shoppers of all ages, from young adults to seniors. However, it’s worth noting that not all stores follow the same tone. Specifically, London Drugs and Save-On-Foods each have their own security teams, separate from mall security and unfortunately, the vibe changes drastically. In both stores, their guards are overly intrusive, judgmental, and follow customers aisle to aisle like you're a suspect, even if you’re a loyal, paying customer with bags in hand. It gives off a very unwelcoming and uncomfortable feeling that doesn’t match the rest of the mall’s experience. That said, outside of those two spots, every other store provides a pleasant and respectful shopping environment. If you’re an adult looking for a clean, easygoing mall experience, Cherry Lane delivers. Just don’t expect much for kids there aren’t really any children-focused stores or activities here

My visit to Cherry Lane Shopping Centre in Penticton was not a very good experience. The mall feels quite dated and lacks the variety of stores you’d expect from a central shopping hub. 🛍️ There are only a handful of shops, and options for dining are very limited, which makes it less appealing compared to other malls in the Okanagan. The atmosphere also felt a bit dull, with many areas that could use upgrades or better maintenance. On the positive side, parking was convenient and easy to find, and the location itself is central. 🚗 However, overall, the experience was underwhelming — it doesn’t really offer much for shopping, food, or entertainment. Hopefully, the management invests in improvements to make it a more vibrant and welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.

Cherry Lane Mall is my favourite mall in British Columbia. The reason why I say this is it remains small, untouched, a comfortable place to find anything from groceries at Save On Foods to jewelry and clothing from Bali Kiss, I adore this mall and look forward to shopping in a less crowded mall every time I visit from the Lower Mainland.

This mall has everything . Wheelchair accessible including bus service right behind. It has a grocery store . Telus outlet. And many more stores for just about everything you need.!
