I usually never write bad reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came after reading so many nice comments and was excited to get a good shellac manicure, but it didn’t go as expected. When I arrived, the tech gave me a list of prices that was cheaper than what she charged later. She said those were the “old prices” and that the real ones are on the website. I checked the website afterward, and it actually mentions that the shellac service includes a hand cream — something I never received. The tech herself was very kind and friendly, but the work didn’t feel professional. The shellac was uneven and doesn’t look nice, like a beginner’s job. I paid $78 for a simple shellac (no design) and spent 2.5 hours there. She also charged $20 instead of $15 for shellac removal, even though I had already removed it myself and only had a thin transparent layer left on some of my fingers not all of them. She said it’s more expensive because it was because it was gel — but it wasn’t, I’ve never done gel. I wouldn’t mind paying that price if the result was professional, but unfortunately, the quality was very poor. The tech was nice and tried her best, but I won’t be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a fantastic experience at Noir Spa and Salon. Krissy is absolutely amazing and so talented!! She cut and coloured my hair, and added tinsel (which is always a fun touch). I went from washed-out blond to a perfect custom grey ~ she managed to match my roots perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my hair!!! I live in Toronto and have been trying to find a hairdresser here, but no one compares to Krissy. She is worth the 5-hour drive from Toronto!! The whole staff are welcoming and wonderful, which makes every visit even better. Overall, I highly recommend Noir.

Tina does an amazing job with eyelash extensions—they always look so natural and beautifully done. She’s incredibly skilled, precise, and professional, and I always leave feeling so happy with the results. The spa itself is excellent—clean, stylish, and relaxing—with great availability for appointments. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming, and Helen, the owner, sets the tone with her warm and inviting personality. I’ll definitely continue coming here because of their consistent high-quality service, great atmosphere, and talented team. Highly recommend Noir Spa and Tina for anyone looking for beautiful, natural lashes and top-notch care!
