Excellent service yet again from Shortfield Garage! I’ve been using them for years and have always been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. They are reasonably priced and I completely trust their guidance and work. Shout out in particular for today; had a small potential issue and they squeezed the car in for a review, even though they are always busy, and managed to do a very quick repair for me on the spot! Highly recommended, and well deserving of the many other positive reviews.

Absolutely fantastic service! I called this morning after hearing a dreaded knocking noise and had the best service from Amy. She offered me an appointment within 2 hours. Paul looked at the car, identified the problem straight away and was a quick fix that they did free of charge!!! (was a result of an error made by another garage when the car had its recent service). Super friendly, professional and helpful, they now have a customer for life! Thank you!

Great service and very professional. They quickly fixed a jammed tailgate caused by a bag strap. Fast, efficient, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service from Shortfiled Garage! I broke down at home on a Friday and was truly in need —Shortfiled Garage recognised that immediately and responded with incredible speed and professionalism. Andy and his partner even came out for a home visit, which they don’t usually offer, just to make sure I was taken care of. The car was fixed by Tuesday (it would’ve been Monday if I’d been home), and the whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Their teamwork, communication, and dedication were exceptional. Highly recommend!
