My wife and myself have taken our baby to this surgery a few times now, every time, I have been blanked by the doctor when they speak to my wife, as if I’m not in the room. I took 5 months out of work to spend time with my wife and baby when he was first born so I know him very well. So to be not addressed, then made to feel like a third wheel in my own son’s appointment makes me feel that they see me as inadequate as a father. The last appointment I had, the doctor wouldn’t even look at me and asked me to hand the baby to his mum, as if I don’t know how to settle my own son. This is 2025, this need attention

Since registering with Charlton, every time there was an issue, I was able to be seen, and when I had serious health issues, it took a bit till we got to the bottom of them but every single DR. I have seen has been professional and supportive and the staff in reception are always helpful. My friends whom have registered after me say exactly the same. Well done Charlton team, for being the exception from the rule!

Adam ClarkIt doesn't matter who you talk to everyone is so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The ladies on reception are the best and always so friendly and then there is Dr Pyle, she honestly is the best doctor i have had and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. Getting seen is really easy and if it's something urgent I have been offered an appointment that day. Charlton Hill is the best doctors surgery in Andover and all of my family use them and I wouldn't want to use another local doctor's surgery. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
