After adding on a 3 season room last year, we needed someone to redo/extend our back patio and add some landscaping. My husband found Portico via Google and we scheduled the first meeting. We were immediately impressed with Chris and Dawson. Their professionalism and kindness continued throughout the entire project. We didn’t really have a vision in mind but they helped us create one and then produced it! We really appreciated the upfront planning and prep work they did to make sure we’d be happy with the finished product. Expectations were set clearly and their communication was great throughout the process. Dawson and Ori moved things along efficiently and timely. Any questions, concerns or issues were always addressed very quickly. Team Portico went above and beyond our expectations each step of the way. Not only are we thrilled with the new patio but it was an enjoyable experience and nice to work with such great people. We highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again on any future home projects!

We loved everything about working with Portico! When we moved into our house, the primary bathroom was in need of some major updating, both in terms of functionality and aesthetics. We had reached out to a few individual contractors but didn't get the kind of response and communication we were hoping for in a very involved project like this. A friend recommended we check out Portico, and we are so glad we did! From the very first point of contact with Chris, Portico clearly understood the importance of working collaboratively, prioritizing clear communication, and providing knowledgeable solutions to help us create a space we love. The design process with Miranda was so fun and valuable to make sure every piece of the project was agreed upon before any work even started. This helped us feel confident in the team's ability to bring our vision to life. Sean and Dawson gave us really clear expectations before and during the construction phase, so we had no surprises. Throughout the construction process, all the team members were respectful of our space. Now that the bathroom is done, we are in love with the results! It feels like the room is straight out of a magazine. The quality of work is evident in every part of the space. It was such an incredible transformation and we are thrilled with our experience with Portico. We were so grateful for their emphasis on the customer experience. We will recommend them over and and over again and plan to use them for all our future home projects!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value, Communication, Attention to detail I had an old deck that was falling apart, so I knew it was going to be a big project, which made us a little apprehensive because all the stories you hear about companies taking your money and running. We set up a meeting with Portico and I DO NOT REGRET IT!. Portico did an outstanding job on our new deck/screen porch at a very competitive price.  Our project manager, Ori, was the best!, very helpful, answering all our questions, and was always making sure to send us notifications of who is coming to the house, at what time will work for us and what is expected to be done.  Fernando and his team took our 1 story high old deck apart, re-build it, expanded, and completed the screen porch better than what I imagined and in a short period of time. It may have taken them about 6-7 weeks for the project to get completed, which is not a long time considering they took the deck apart, built the new deck, passed all inspections and all that around Thanksgiving and Christmas times with minimum interruptions to our day to day life or planned vacation. Ori, Fernando and the rest of the team did a marvelous job. They paid a lot of attention to details, always provided options for me as well as recommendations for any question I had. I am overly impressed with the great communication all of them have along every step of the way. I will definitely hire them again for future projects and recommend them to others. You will not regret it.
