From the front staff to my hygienist to the dentist, they were all very professional, extremely friendly and they all made me feel so comfortable and honestly just like a little family. My husband and I have been going to Charles Street Dental for a couple years now--we live in London but it's only 20 minutes from where we live. It was recommended to us by my in-laws who live nearby, and we love the dental office. Friendly staff, upfront and honest about costs l. My husband has had a lot of work done since he started going due to his soft teeth and they have been so helpful! I brought our almost 4 year old for his first appointment the other day and the hygienist was so friendly and made him feel comfortable! She only did as much cleaning as he would allow and also checked before doing anything, showing him on his hand what she would do in his mouth. He also sat in on my appointment and my hygienist was also spectacular with him! Great first visit!

Been coming here since it opened after KFC closed, it has grown quite a bit since then but same great service. Love my hygienist, knowledgeable and very good at her job and ensuring I'm ok/ no pain. Keep up the great work! I actually enjoy going to the dentist 😬
