We too have been a victim and have reported this company too ALL agencies. Delivered a load in April 2025. They lied with random pictures of broken product and said it was ours. Horrible company that lies and preys on Carriers and truckers. RUN!!!! Do not book with this unethical and unprofessional company. Over $500 stolen from us!!!!! If they give you this photo it is fraud!!!

Chariot logistics refused to pay TONU according to Trevecca Chumley handling this load for chariot logistics, my driver arrived 3 plus hours before a 7pm appointment time and 1 hour and 46 minutes later this load was cancelled due to product availability. Per shipper being there early was not the issue rather that the product hasn’t been made. The shipper gave eta was over 24 hours (the next day) Per shipper they sent Chariot logistics email letting them know that load is not ready and I was called by Scott Strouce of Chariot that the load is cancelled and TONU will be issued. Now Ms Trevecca is refusing to issue TONU. Her reason is that we arrived too early for a 7 pm appointment??? Really!

WARNING TO OTHER CARRIERS This brokerage illegally deducted $250 from our payment, claiming our driver did not use their tracking app — which is false. Our driver was using the Turvo app, and we even confirmed the correct app with them in writing before the trip. They refused to reverse the deduction even though no one notified us during the trip that tracking wasn’t working (which would have allowed us to fix it) and despite multiple other carriers reporting the same $250 deductions for alleged tracking issues. We have consulted with an attorney and are planning to pursue legal action. If you are another carrier who has experienced the same issue, please reach out so we can move forward with a class action lawsuit. Avoid booking loads with this brokerage.
