Since they have a seem to have changed their window and front door with a new one there food has gone up in price and portion size has gone a lot smaller thinking they are trying to get some money back on the price of the door and window at the customer experience one place i will never waste my money again

Absolutely disgusting we ordered from there on 08/12/2023 and the food was appalling it was freezing cold and opened my daughters cheesy chips to find long black hairs in it absolute vile

(update 3*) I visited to get food I went in and stood for a couple minutes with no one serving another person walked in and finally someone came out to serve when the food was being cooked the staff seemd ok just what you would expect from a takeaway. The food was nice so would be a place I would consider when in the area. The carpark area is not good your garenteed to get blocked in which I was but luckily a van beside me moved so I could get out. (original 3*) A ok fast food takeaway in radstock. Whilst the food is fast the place needs a update as starting to look a bit unwelcoming it looks like it hasn't had anything done in many years if at all. Parking can be a bit difficult depending on the time. Still great to have charcoal grill in radstock and it looks to still do well as always see people in there.

If I could rate no stars I would ! Im fuming with the way the boys spoke to me over the phone. It’s nearly an hour late ! I phoned 7 times then they finally picked up. The first bloke wouldn’t let me speak. The second bloke said it’s on the way. I replied with ‘ I ordered this to be delivered for 7:20. It’s now 8:07. He responded with ‘ we have one driver’ I said well why didn’t you call and let me know that. I then said I will not be paying the full price. He said well you won’t be getting your food then and he ended the call. I’m fuming with the way they just talked to me. I work in a fast food shop. I would never in a million years speak to a customer the way they just spoke to me !!! I totally understand if it’s running late because you’re short staffed but next time let me know ! Not difficult to pick the phone and call ! Driver was lovely. I understand it’s not the drivers fault so I wasn’t angry but I refused to pay full price and he said then give the food back and i refused so I paid half !
