Gary is one of the best stylists I’ve ever had. My hair is long and super thick, and he always takes the time to give me a thoughtful consultation before getting started. Every cut and blow dry he gives is flawless! Truly unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I constantly tell him no one does a blow dry like he does! The result is always sleek, polished, and beautiful. I’ll continue going to Gary and recommending him to all my friends. honestly not a great experience here. I went in for a milbon repair treatment and consultation. the lady who did the treatment, Farnaz, made some pretty rude comments about how she dislikes curly hair, and about my hair in particular. she was very rough on my hair, scrubbing it and matting it together. after creating mats in my hair and trying to yank the bush through from top to bottom, she showed me the mat she had created and told me she wanted to cut it. I had to take the comb away and finish detangling my hair myself. I didn't want a repairing treatment just to have the stylist cause worse damage through rough handling. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but I got a marketing email to book an appointment , and it reminded me of what a bad experience I had.

Touch of Class truly lives up to its name! ✨ The atmosphere is so positive, and they carry such high-quality products. I’m especially thankful for having a senior hairdresser as my colourist and stylist. Sarah is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, professional, and truly an artist. If you bring her a picture, she’ll create a result that’s a million times better than what you imagined. Unlike most places where highlights can leave your hair dry or damaged, she somehow makes your hair look healthier afterwards! She has a gift, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend! By the way they have in house. Coffee bar !!! 🤩
