She certainly can do that and more with short notice and 8 weeks before my first competition AMF accepted the challenge to help me prepare. I won my first Gold medal in Novice Figure Competition and that was the projectile to change my life. As an athlete the biggest change I experienced wasn't in the gym or the kitchen, it was in my mindset. The transformation was incredible. She challenged me to look at obstacles differently, that failure is feedback and that I have control over my mind rather than my mind having control over me.
