This was our first time & definitely, it won't be last!! We LOVED the food! We ordered the Platter for 2, which had 2 Beef ribs, 2 smoked beef briskets & 2 pieces of BBQ/jerk chicken. After a loongg time, the food made us so happy! We recently returned from Calgary, but to be honest, Calgary's Beef would easily fail compared to their taste! If I could, I would rate it 10 out of 5 stars. Keep up the Great taste & great service! We'll be back soon 😄

Nice location with good decor and great service. Tried out the mac and cheese which was lovely with crispy onion pieces on top, definitely recommend. Tried the ribs which had a nice BBQ flavour, the brisket, and the cowboy sandwich. Out of all of them, I would recommend the brisket with Mac and cheese as a side. This restaurant also has a small cafe inside called Sweet Heart Cafe with a diverse breakfast menu, pastries, coffees and teas and gelato. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at the counter when we arrived and confirmed halal and that the chicken is from Sargent Farms and Beef from St.Helen.

Amazing food!!!! Very cool decor! Best part is it's all halal. We had the ribs and brisket. Both were incredible. So tender and juicy and flavorful. The brisket is the choice to have if you're looking for that straight beef flavor as it doesn't have the BBQ sauce on it, its on the side which is my preference since I don't really like my meat smothered in sauce. It was delicious, beautifully seasoned and so tender. Highly recommend. The ribs is a great choice if you love that smoky BBQ, slightly sweet taste. My husband loved it. Even tho I'm not a big fan of BBQ sauce I loved it too. The sauce was actually delicious and the meat was so soft and juicy. Highly recommend. The sides were not an afterthought, both that we got were very flavorful and complimented the beef well. I am not a fan of coleslaw, never liked it but this place got me liking it!!! It was actually very tasty and went really well with the beef. The don-up rice was great too. Again nicely seasoned and tasty. Would definitely go again.

Our visit to Chainsmoker Urban BBQ today was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere paired with the incredible smoky aroma set the stage for an unforgettable meal. Every single item we ordered was an absolute winner. The meats were perfectly smoked tender, juicy, and packed with flavour. Whether it was the melt-in-your-mouth brisket, the fall-off-the-bone ribs each bite was a revelation. Equally stellar, Creamy mac 'n' cheese, smoky baked beans, and crisp coleslaw balanced the meal beautifully. And those signature BBQ sauces; Divine, Truly, everything was downright yummy. What truly elevated our experience was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food. They offered great recommendations, checked in just the right amount, and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. Their efficiency and warmth added so much to our enjoyment; shoutout to the whole team.
