I've been in the market of BUYING a home (my first home) for quite a while now, and while the market has been volatile & infuriating; Chad has been a steady, sunny guide in my search the whole way along. He is extremely knowledgeable and is available for any and all questions; no matter how silly they seem. He never makes you feel dumb for not knowing things and he wants to make sure there are no questions left unanswered! He is extremely trustworthy and it was so refreshing to look at him for his opinions on the structure & soundness of a home's investment without needing to be too knowledgeable myself. He would sometimes even call me before a showing to just tell me "we aren't buying this home" because he arrived early to look himself and found too many red flags. It's nice to know that your realtor is truly in your corner and not just looking for a pay day. While I've finally had success in purchasing my first home, it's bittersweet. I'm going to miss seeing Chad and yapping with him every week about life but I have to say - I'm astonished at his commitment to my long term well being in a home. There were two homes I was interested in purchasing and he scheduled himself his own private viewings to go back and do the due diligence I wouldn't have done for myself... if that's not dedication to a client, I'm not sure what is. Chad (& team) - thank you for making an exhausting process feel comfortable & safe. I never put an offer on a home that I would have regretted my investment. I 100% recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell because you're easily the best realtor to have in your corner!
