Randy LindstromIf I could leave a zero star I would. This company has the contract to provide uniform items to employees at my company. In no case, over my 7 plus years at my company, has CFG shipped anything in less than 6 months. I have existing orders made in October of 2022 ( over a year) and December of 2022 (10 months) that have still not shipped. It's been my experience that they will not ship anything unless you reach out to them to complain. Terrible customer service. No chance of a notification that there might be a delay, just dead silence from them until you reach out to them. If you don't badger them, you will not receive your order. Preposterous that they could be experiencing supplier delays for over 7 years. At what point should you decide to find a new supplier maybe? **UDATE** After several emails and back and forth I finally received rain gear. One order took 13 months 10 days and the other was 6 days short of a year before I received it. Abysmal. I am convinced that had I not sent scathing email, I would never have seen these orders. Terrible service. Always an excuse and never any proactive effort to keep the customers informed.
Cheesey Cheese2 months and my delivery status is the same as it was the first day it was placed "Not Shipped Yet." It seems to be a running theme with this company. Definitely going to be looking for other options
