No office/team could provide better or more efficient service or positive attitudes: I arrived for my first exam and found Dr. Kalluri and her team are all very welcoming, professional, caring about you, well-organized, very efficient, punctual. From the front desk scheduling to the exam rooms, the crew is in-tune with You and their team, and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed as they effectively work you through the stages of scheduling, check-in, x-rays, exam. (Dr. Kalluri, Elizabeth, Jillian, Rainy, Danielle). I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Hygienist-(Danielle), where I received the same perfect treatment-service. Very thorough, very positive. This team is very strong and positive, and I highly recommend.

Took a chance on this dental office and was not disappointed. The staff is amazing, patient, and kind. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and take measures to make sure any pain or discomfort is minimized. The dentist herself is so much fun, really personable, no nonsense, patient and kind as well. I'd recommend this office!

This is the first time I’ve felt moved to write a review about a dentist. Dr. Kalluri is the first dentist to not make me feel like a total failure (🤣) for not flossing 2x a day every day since birth. She was so kind, approachable, and inspiring. Her team is very laid back while still focused on what is best for their patients. Really appreciated everyone’s attitudes during my first visit with them today and will definitely be going back for future visits.

The woman taking my x-rays was so sweet, but as soon as Dr. Kalluri came in she was impersonal, and blamed me for things she didn’t even take the time to understand. She intentionally pressed the mirror into my gums hard for quite some time during my exam until finally I pulled away. I thought maybe she wasn’t aware of how hard she was applying pressure. Upon pulling away she said, “See I was pressing the mirror into your gums and you flinched, which means you have sensitive gums”. It was odd to say the least since no dentist or dental hygienist I’ve ever seen prior has applied so much pressure onto the gum line with the mirror. It felt intentional to cause pain so she could prove a point. I otherwise do not have sensitive gums, unless someone is pushing a hard object into them. She then said my fillings should last longer and better dental hygiene would help. She had no idea how old my fillings were, it was my first time meeting her. I take care of my teeth everyday, use prescription fluoride toothpaste and have had most of these fillings for over a decade. I felt blamed by her for things that simply didn’t make sense. She told me fillings last 8-10 years and then blamed me one of mine needed replacing (again my fillings are a decade or more old). I mentioned a small chip on a previously repaired tooth and she said “We can smooth it out and see if you’ll finally be happy with it.” Not only was she impersonal, she was rude. It felt like she needed me to be at fault for something. I came here to get any needed dental work done, not to be chastised by a stranger who didn’t even take the time to understand what she was chastising me for. Oh and I patiently and kindly waited in the chair for her for over 20 minutes, with no complaints. I felt like I was the one giving the customer service.
