Called around to a few places. Including my long term mechanic- for help with my battery. Lou was not only more helpful, but he offered less expensive options when he could have charged me more. While sitting in the shop awaiting my repair I got to hear him deal with other customers and it was obvious he cares about his work, and his customers. He is fair and competitive. He gave me great advice on the models I was considered on buying next. In fact he was so helpful I will absolutely seek him out for my next used car purchase. I highly recommend this shop.
