It’s a nice outdoor mall, accessible both through public transport and your private vehicle. The parking flat rate for weekends and holidays is $15 for now, which males sense and is sensible. Only half of the stores are open, including Indigo and a couple of bars, café and restaurants. I can’t wait for the Wellington Market to open up and see what food vendors are involved. I loved Indigo so much; it has special book collections good for your display. It’s a nice mall to visit if you’re in the area, but I believe it’s mostly useful for residents of the area to satisfy their day-to-day shopping needs.

A fantastic spot for walking dogs, shopping, and grabbing a bite while passing through. The architecture creates a spacious feel—it is a convenient open mall, partially covered to provide comfort during rainy, cold, or windy days.

I didn't like it, it's very dark, it's big but I don't see anything pretty, it's very cold because it's open, I think it's a mall for summer I went on a Saturday there was no one, only about 50 people, in the photos you can see it was at 2 pm

I was at a party at the Aera restaurant in The Well tonight. After the party ended, my friends and I were in the lobby of the building waiting for our ubers and the security guards proceeded to harass us for over 30 minutes. They also threatened to call the cops on us saying that we couldn’t stay in the lobby (even though it was minus temperature outside and we explained we were having difficulty getting ubers). I don’t know who is training these security men but racial profiling in 2025 is insane work.

Centre for Social Innovation is a coworking space.
