We’ve been attending Lapointe for over two years, and I must advise against it due to the unprofessional behaviour of their coordinator, Gregory. Unfortunately, he has consistently demonstrated dishonesty and aggression, particularly regarding pricing practices. While Dr. Youseff has been a redeeming aspect of the practice, the same cannot be said for some of his staff. His dental assistant, in particular, has shown discriminatory behaviour by refusing to communicate in English and instead delivering lengthy monologues in French about not having to accommodate other languages. I strongly advise those who are not fluent in French to exercise caution when dealing with this practice. The lack of respect and fairness towards patients who don't speak French is concerning. Stay away if you value being treated with respect and dignity.

I always look forward to my next dental care appointment at Clinique Lapointe Dix30 simply because I always leave with a smile! I am very satisfied with both my hygienist and dentist. They are very competent and they provide an excellent dental care service. In addition, the receptionists (front desk) are very nice and polite. If you are looking for a dental clinic, I highly recommend Clinique Lapointe Dix30!

I recently went in for a dental cleaning and, unfortunately, left quite disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the hygienist didn’t greet me until around 4:10 PM and finished the cleaning by 4:30 PM. A 20-minute cleaning seemed unusually short, especially since I regularly deal with coffee stains and cleanings usually take longer. I mentioned this to the hygienist, and she admitted there were still stains, particularly on the back teeth but said she couldn't really see them and suggested we take care of it “next time.” For a cleaning that cost $189, I expected a more thorough job. After getting home, I noticed visible stains still present behind my front teeth, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very kind. When I let them know the hygienist had given me a toothpaste that expired in August 2024, they immediately replaced it without issue. That said, this wasn’t the first time I felt rushed here. I had a similar experience during a full exam and cleaning in December. I waited almost 30 minutes for the dentist, and when she finally entered the room, she was reviewing another patient’s file with the hygienist during my exam. She checked my teeth for about two minutes before leaving, which left me feeling like I wasn’t being given the attention or care I was paying for. Overall, while the staff are friendly, the rushed and incomplete care has been a consistent issue for me. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to start looking for a new dental clinic.

Excellent service overall! Every organization has room for improvement, and this dental practice is no exception—but it truly is the best in town. My reason for giving only 2 stars is that, despite being a long-term client, I was denied an examination after missing just one appointment. That was very disappointing. Businesses should remember to treat people with understanding and empathy, not like robots.
