If I could give zero stars, I would — but unfortunately, that’s not an option. We placed an order for one of our projects in the Sharjah area, which was supposed to be delivered on 27 March. Instead, we received it over a month later, at the end of April, with no explanation, apology, or accountability from the company. This delay caused significant disruption to our project timeline and directly impacted the handover to our client. Despite being told that this kind of delay “had never happened before,” we were offered no compensation or concrete resolution for the consequences it caused. In addition, there was an accounting error on their end — a 700 AED item was mistakenly billed at zero value. When we made a separate purchase later, the company refused to deliver the new order unless we paid for their previous billing mistake. This behavior essentially amounted to holding our funds hostage for their own internal error. It gets worse. The travertine basins we ordered (worth 12,200 AED) arrived in damaged and clearly repaired condition. Instead of acknowledging the issue, we were told the defects were due to the “natural variations” in travertine stone — despite the visible signs of breakage and repair (photo attached). It took over a month to get any resolution, further delaying our project and affecting our client relationship. Throughout this process, customer service was appalling. Calls were answered by staff who were unhelpful and dismissive. Employees such as Ramesh and Mazhar refused to replace the damaged items until we returned the faulty ones, even though we had already reported the issue and submitted evidence. This was one of the worst supplier experiences we’ve encountered. Between the unreliable delivery, lack of accountability, poor customer support, and unprofessional behavior, we strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. Summary: • Delayed order by over 30 days with no explanation • No compensation or accountability • Accounting error passed onto the customer • Delivered damaged and repaired products • Poor handling of complaints and follow-ups • Unprofessional and indifferent staff We do not recommend this supplier for any project.
