Let me start by saying my wife and I have 2 RVs one 5th wheel and a Fleetwood bounder. These are not our first either, so trust me when I say….I have dealt with a good number of RV repair shop and their service techs. Our A\C unit in the bedroom went out and we are living in the 5th wheel during a remodeling project in our home. This is the 2nd a\c unit we have had in this rv and it is a 2023 model. The tech I that came out to me was Jerod and what a wonderful service call it was. He called me on the way to let me know when he would be arriving and was earlier than his estimated time frame. He was kind, courteous, had no problem explaining to me what was going on and what we could do about it. The wonderful part is he can talk and work at the same time, so even though I was picking his brain he never stopped working once. I 100 percent trust this company now and it feels so good to finally have a solid place I can trust for all my repairs with our RVs. Jerod saw a few things that alarmed him (things that I had already noticed also) but instead of pushing some money making agenda on me, we talked about my options and what the best way move forward would be. He trouble shot the unit very throughly and found a few things that really saved by behind. Like the unit was replaced once already by the people I bought the new 5th wheel from but unfortunately Jerod found that they had not installed it to properly so the drain for the condensation water was not free flowing at all. This was a huge over site that most likely put me in this situation but he caught it and fixed it. I really can not say enough good things about how this whole thing went from the phone call I made to Patricia to when Jerod left the rv. OOHH plus..They got me in the day after I called for service too. It was just an all around great experience and I really appreciate that because we All know when you have no a\c in Florida ..in July …nothing is pleasant. If you are looking and are reading through reviews like I did when I found Central State RV for a company you can trust, please stop and call them I promise you will not regret it. I read so many reviews on so many different companies and for once I landed on the gold standard in RV repair shop if you ask me!!! Thank you guys!!! EDIT: I had to edit this review because Jerod had came back today and completed the work as they had to order a special part and install it to be able to finish everything up. This appointment went just as well as the first. Jerod called me on the way to my house and was there when he said he would be, if not a few minutes earlier. He carried out his work in a very timely matter (even with me and my wife talking his ear off... He's just the type of friendly guy you want to talk to) In less than 30 minutes he had the unit up and running. By the time he left it was 70 degrees in my RV. That is Great for our RV. I Really can not recommend Central State enough, from start to finish they have done what they said and in a professional manner. Most of all they took a stressful situation for us, and turned it into something we really enjoyed. Thank You Jerod and the Team at Central State RV Mobile Repair!!

The technicians, especially the owner, are highly trained and competent . They do wonderful work and are a pleasure to deal with. Also, they are one of the few repair companies that will deal directly with the insurance and warranty companies - before performing the work, they obtain approval from the insurance companies and, after completing the work, they file directly for payment with the insurance companies.
