Just a heads up he is from Grand rapids and his minimum is 99$. I am not sure if he is cleaning windows or making new windows. My usual guy does it for 30$ and he was asking 99$. He has his own price there is nothing wrong but just wanted to let future customers know his minimum is 99$.
