Actually the worst dental office I have ever been to. The office manager David is nasty and rude. They billed my insurance company 2 separate claims for the same emergency appointment. In the second claim they did not state it was an emergency appointment (it was the same exact appointment so how they did not do that is beyond me). By them not stating it was an emergency, and billing a second claim at the same appointment, I had a copay on the second one and now my insurance company has to argue with them. How they could mess this is beyond me. In addition to my billing issues, the office was disgusting. Definitely go elsewhere.

As a patient that has anxiety about the dentist, Dr R and her assistance today were amazing. They were patient with me and helped me to relax. I am so thankful and grateful for them and appreciate their kindness.

My first appointment was not good. I went because I had a true emergency and needed an extraction. I was told to sign a form because they may not be able to take me the same day I came in for an emergency. I would not have come if they couldn’t service me. They gave me antibiotics and it did help tremendously. I went back unfortunately two weeks later and my tooth was extracted. It was nice to get a call from the receptionist the very next day to see how I was doing.

My son needed braces, so we chose here based on his insurance. So far in the process, everything has been great! The staff is friendly, they worked with us on the payment plan, and we haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Great experience!
