I recently came out of retirement to start a small business. I needed some shirts and hats embroidered along with a few other items. So I did my research on companies, and I found this group. At first I was greeted by Katie. Katie was such a sweet lady and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. Then when the boss Bob came out to assist me, I also felt very comfortable. After we had a little banter between my team the Detroit Tigers and his team, the Boston Red Sox we got down to business. It was near closing time and he asked if I could come back tomorrow and I did. Bob invited me into his production area and actually produced my purchase right then and there. He has new state-of-the-art equipment, and it was an enjoyable afternoon watching him produce my shirts and hats.
