I've been going to Central Florida Power Yoga for about a year now, and I absolutely love it! I started off attending Yin classes with my neighbor, and after that, I was completely hooked. It truly feels like my happy place, and I look forward to every yoga class. Each instructor brings something special to the experience, and they're all amazing in their own way. Michelle has done such an incredible job creating a warm, welcoming yoga community, and I'm so grateful to be a part of it!

I’ve known Michelle since middle school, and what she’s created at CFPY is amazing. After living in California and doing some of the best hot yoga out there, I can honestly say this studio is right on par. The classes are powerful, the energy is uplifting, and Michelle makes everyone feel at home. So grateful to have this gem in Central Florida!

My sister introduced me to Central Florida Power Yoga and it has been quite the gift. I enjoy going every Wednesday morning for Hot Yoga. It is always a physical and mental challenge yet I always find peace and walk out refreshed for the day ahead. Today was the first day I had a substitute teacher and I can say while Michelle leads us through a great class it is also a sign of a quality business of who is chosen to take that lead. Thank You!
