Hi, me and my husband needed to replace the roof because of filtrations and opted to upgrade to a metal roof. We needed to do repairs to the structure and replace some beams as well as repair connection to the chimney. I will admit that initially we were stressed wondering about how invasive it could be on our life routines and the end result. But it ended up being the best experience. From beginning to end there was the upmost professionalism and communication was fantastic. Even watching the workers was fun. They have this dynamic and coordination that you can tell they have been doing this for long. Much experience. They joke as they work, and never stop working keeping the flow and productivity. They work very well as a team and their technique for placing nails is quite impressive. It's like an orquesta. It was done in less than a week and it only really took that long because of the rains which forced them to stop and cover the area they were working on and the continue as soon as it passed. But it never interrupted our daily routine. They are respectful at all times and clean after themselves every day. Best experience and great quality. The wind mitigation inspector even said he was impressed with the level of quality, material, the correct distancing of nails and the length of them was beyond accurate. The home insurance ended up discounting $3,000 after that report and job completion. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We are not kidding when we say we will definitely be recommending you. We had an older roof that was in need of a few repairs and when I was looking for a company - I had several estimates for both repairing and replacing a shingle roof and also received quotes on a metal roof but CFE was the only one to explain everything including the differences to me from the very beginning. They answered all my questions that I had especially on the metal roof which I was not sure I would like but after hearing about it and all the benefits - I decided to go with it. It took only a couple days to complete - from the time they said they were coming out until they posted the permit in the window. They were very friendly, clean and professional. I got alot of compliments on the roof and it is truly quiet - I NEVER know when it is raining unless I look out the window LOL. I would definitely refer Central Florida Exterior to anyone looking to upgrade their roof.
