Going here was a great experience in a bad time. Super bad tooth pain, never been here before but got me in the same day and fixed me right up. Everyone was so nice, comforting, and understanding. Definitely recommended for anyone that has dentist fears.

I started Invisalign with Dr. Emily O’Neal, to my surprise the trays were extremely painful and I honestly couldn’t manage. I am now in braces after processing a refund with this office and cancelling my treatment plan. However, I went in recently to attempt to schedule a regular cleaning and was told because I didn’t force myself to manage the pain of Invisalign I couldn’t come back. I’m appalled at the lack of consideration and care for me as a patient. Why would I ever have to do anything that makes me feel uncomfortable to make my doctor comfortable? Isn’t that backwards. I even asked if I could see another dentist and was denied. This was unprofessional and inconsiderate and a punishment for not being able to manage pain that apparently I was supposed to take in silence.

Central Dental Care is a wonderful team of professionals that really care: They do excellent work and take the time to get to know you and understand your case. They explain everything and work within whatever parameters you may have. Everyone from front desk on are friendly and professional. I highly recommend giving them a visit!
