I’ve been taking my two cats, Lenny & Kylo here since they were kittens. Dr. Cheung and the entire staff team are amazing - my cats actually enjoy their visits because they’re stress-free and full of pets. The team truly has my pets’ best interests at heart, offering patience, helpful resources, and consistent follow-ups. You can tell they genuinely care about their furry patients. Highly recommend!

We've been taking our cats Ruby and Rae here for a few years now and we're very pleased with the care they've received. Dr Cheung is always so friendly and caring. We always receive follow up calls and emails to make sure our kitties are doing well. All the staff members are very responsive, polite and friendly.

I attended a tour of the Cat Hotel - November 13 @ 10:00a.m. The employee showed us up the stairs, and opened the first door to allow us in. There was a cat in the room free roaming, the employee picked the cat up, pet the cat, and showed us the room. We left the first room and went immediately into the second, where no cats were. We left that room and the employee opened the door (having not sanitized his hands in between rooms or in between touching the cats, even though there are signs everywhere stating they must) to the Canadiana Room. The moment the door was opened a crack the cat inside bolted out, through the spindles of the second story railing and fell a full story from the second floor to the main floor and hit the ground at the bottom of the stairs. I cannot express how appalled I was to have witnessed this, and to have witnessed the absolute lack of urgency shown by the employee showing us the tour, who did walk down the stairs to grab the cat who had fallen, and the employee who was in the Canadiana room, sitting on the floor right in front of the door jam. I care for my cats like they're a part of my family, and I have absolutely no doubt the family of this poor cat will not be made aware it fell a full story and slammed into the ground. I walked out immediately, obviously I would never trust this place with my cats and I don't think you should either. Absolutely no comment on the veterinary practices, I'm sure they're great, but do NOT let your cat stay in the"hotel", they clearly have no regard for cat safety.
