Megan and Chloe are the absolute heart of this practice - they’re incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely care about every patient who walks through the door. When I moved to Portland after avoiding the dentist for over 5 years, they got me in right away and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Chloe even pointed me in the right direction and assisted me with finding a new insurance plan when I was aging out of my parents coverage. I recommended my partner to them, and they’ve since gone above and beyond to support their dental needs too. Believe it or not, they somehow made getting a filling a fun and joyful experience! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now - it’s like catching up with friends while also taking great care of my teeth. I have been a patient here for about a year and have consistently arrived at my appointments on time. For the first time, I missed one, and instead of showing any understanding or flexibility, they immediately charged me a $65 cancellation fee. I had mentioned in my previous call that I might need to cancel or reschedule, but they never followed up or confirmed with me. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way after being a committed and reliable patient. This lack of compassion and rigid policy in a first-time situation suggests that they prioritize money over patient care. Unfortunately, this will be my last experience with this office.

Dr.Megan is the very best denist my husband and I have been to in years! Extremely professional and clearly explains what she is going to do and needs to do during her whole procedure. She explains how and why what she is doing needs to be done and the effects of doing or not doing the procedures. She is friendly and caring and light to her touch. Chloe her assistant is also very friendly and very efficient and thorough. They both make a wonderful caring team! I give the Doctors referral cards out with confidence to anyone that mentions they're looking for a denist they can trust!
