Outstanding Service from Connie – A Perfect Trip to Secrets Akumal! Connie did an exceptional job planning our trip to Secrets Akumal. From the start, she made sure we booked the exact room we wanted, asking all the right questions and even posing thoughtful ones we hadn’t considered, to ensure we made the best decision for our needs. She went above and beyond by contacting the hotel directly to confirm a few specific requirements we had and got back to us promptly with clear answers. Connie also arranged private transfers to and from the airport, which was a huge relief. I had some concerns about safety, but she reassured me every step of the way—and she was right. The transportation company she chose was excellent: prompt, professional, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable. As for the resort itself—Secrets Akumal exceeded all expectations. It was hands down the best resort we've ever stayed at. From the incredible food and top-notch entertainment to the outstanding customer service, every detail was perfect. Connie truly hit it out of the park. Her exceptional customer service, patience in answering all my questions, and her calm, confident reassurance made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We’re so grateful for everything she did to make this trip unforgettable!

We had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta!!! The service, amenities and food were excellent. If you go on one of the tours, I suggest the San Sebastian tour. Celebration Travels definitely planned a great trip for us!!! We will use them again...thank you Sue Allen!!!
