Mark came out to review work wanted done, made some recommendations and provided estimate. Once we agreed on work to be done, the work was scheduled and completed in timely manner. During the work, Jack provided updates and some unexpected issues they found during the ceiling work. He provided recommendations, we agreed on how to proceed and change order submitted.
