I was in a panic with needing an important document delivered to Victoria so I called and spoke with Zack. He had gone above and beyond to help me out by calling me with updates and information. He took me seriously and did what he could to make sure other employees knew what was going on. If I lived in Victoria I would be bringing this man a coffee and a treat for all his help. Edit. Dave the owner reached out and I appreciate his response. Again to clarify the rating doesn't reflect the company as a whole more so this individual. I figure a 3 is a good happy medium. Thanks Dave for your courtesy, care, and attentiveness. Had quite the experience with "Chad" this morning around 0900hrs. Not only was Chad rude, entitled, condescending, and overall unpleasant (assumed I had a job less worthy than his dream job). He blocked an exit to the plaza and the only 3 parking spots for one of the businesses there, while the business he went to drop his package off at had multiple open spots and wouldn't have been blocking an exit. When questioned about this his response was I'll only be a few minutes, followed by I am legally allowed to block off any spots I want I am a courier plus some choice swearing . Chad is very unprofessional and if I were the owner of this courier company I wouldn't want Chad representing it as it will quickly create a bad name for the company.

Had a very unpleasant experience with a driver who came to pick up a package for us today. Didn't catch the gent's name but when asked if he had everything he needed he responded with "yeah, i guess, i dunno" and when i asked him if hit had everything it needed to get where it was going, he responded with "I'm not sure, we'll see i guess?". Super unprofessional.. another one of my staff bumped into him outside and wanted to make sure everything was correct (because it looked like the document was shipping to the ACE warehouse, and not the intended destination) and he made it very clear he didn't give a shit, and if there was an issue down the road we could call and complain. I don't know who this guy was, but he should NOT be representing your business in such an unprofessional manner. Looking at the other reviews, sounds like you as a company have some reoccurring attitude problems with some of your courier staff. I've had good experiences with ACE in the past, but I wont be shipping anything through them anymore because I don't want that kind of unprofessional unnecessary attitude around. It sucks to give the company a bad review for the actions of one staff member, but the reality is that you as a company are responsible for the actions of your employees. We absolutely LOVE Ace Courier! Great communication, very helpful and the delivery team has been amazing every time we have had a delivery. We have worked with Ace for many years and they always have been very professional and organized. We have worked with Don on multiple deliveries and he is lovely to work with. Dave is also absolutely amazing. Would give this team more than 5 stars if we could!
