Right from the moment you walk in you know that you are in a place that will help create the best version of your self. The gym is very clean and organized. I was instantly greeted by my trainer who was very invested in learning about my past experiences and ensuring that I get the most out of training. Every time I started to question myself internally, she somehow knew and was there to help with form and pace. Christine was on the ball. If you are willing to work there is no way this won’t. Period. Highly recommend.
I have been going to this gym since a year now and been focusing on strength building exercise. Their workout are great with various levels. Christine is great trainer and gentle pusher that help me go to next level of challenge smoothly. She pays great attention to everyone and correcting posture when required. They have limited size classes & also have flexible plans for classes. Their app make cancellation and booking very easy. Thanks for great service CC Fitness.
CC Fitness is amazing. I have tried both the group class work outs and the taped online workouts. The workouts are always high quality, pushing you to be your best. Both Christine and Caroline truly care for their customer's well-being - modifying workouts when needed and always encouraging. I love the small class sizes (3 to 4 people). I always feel like the instructors take the time to ensure that I am doing wts. etc properly so I get the best workouts possible plus prevent possible injuries. I highly recommend CC Fitness to anyone looking for quality workouts in a friendly non-intimidating environment.
Have been working out with Christine for 4 years and have started back with her at the new location. Followed her here because she is the best trainer I have ever had. Being an older woman she is wonderful at knowing what works and doesn’t work for my body. She can always adjust a move to suit your needs and to make sure you do not injure yourself. She is incredibly knowledgeable and it shows in everything she does. She is great at motivating you to try your best and just keep moving for optimal results. Can’t say enough about how great it is to be part of the amazing fitness gym.
