Today I “Graduated”. I showed up here in a wheelchair with my parents pushing, after a hospital stay from a severe motorcycle accident in September 2024. Then one day I moved onto a walker then two crutches then one crutch then to a cane now that I only need for long distances. Sometimes I don’t need it if I’m not going far! I’ll aways have pain but that’s injury specific. I’ve had a lot of help along the way from family. At CBI I want to give a big thanks to Brandon my PT, Renelle before him, Kristina my Kinesiologist working hard with me all summer, Mantis my OT, Lota my psychologist, Melanie for keeping things running smooth and last but very not least, the epic scheduling queens, Sherry & Carly! Kind, professional and patient staff! 5 Stars!! Also, if you need a positive & helpful quote, hit up Rob! It helped me on my most changing days mentally and physically. Brandon is a kind person who always cared and stepped up my program when needed as did Kristina. Highly recommended business! They worked well with my insurance company.

I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere if you are in need of physiotherapy. In my sessions I felt as though I was getting the most generic help possible. They didn't take into consideration my strengths or my weaknesses. They didn't really take much time to get to know me (One of my sessions was only four minutes long!). I just got some printouts and out the door I went. I could've easily Googled "Exercises to help my lower back" and found better things to do. Now, everyone who worked there was polite and professional. No doubt other people have had better experiences there, so hopefully I'm just an outlier. Still, I am left feeling very disappointment by the services provided. If you are asking my opinion, go elsewhere if you want help. Or at least don't go there after 3:00p.m.

Yesha has been great with helping me to recover from my car accident. She is really patient and kind. I am glad that I am better to not need to go anymore but I will miss her stories of her adventures. Thank you for taking me from being in so much pain and not being able to move my neck and arm tingling to almost no way of knowing I was ever hurt. I cant thank you enough.
