Today I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nick Donovan from Catahoula Electric. He impressed me from the very beginning by calling early in the morning to confirm our appointment—his second confirmation call, which showed his professionalism and reliability. When he arrived exactly on time, we looked over the project together. During our conversation, he inquired how I knew his mother-in-law, and we shared a personal connection through her family. I also mentioned that I was preparing for an upcoming procedure, and he listened with genuine care. While I returned to my office to work, Nick completed his tasks efficiently. Before leaving, he not only cleaned up thoroughly but also brought in some delivered packages for me. The most remarkable moment came when he kindly asked if he could place his hand on my shoulder and say a prayer for my upcoming procedure. Nick had already impressed me with his attention to detail, cleanliness, and punctuality—but his thoughtfulness and compassion truly set him apart. I don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed with a young businessman. Thank you, Nick. Meeting you made my day. We will always call Catahoula Electric in the future and will gladly share your number with everyone we know.

Nicholas Donovan was able to work me in a day earlier than our scheduled appointment time. He came in found the problem immediately. He also educated me on how to my switches worked in my home for future knowledge. I will not hesitate to call Catahoula Electric in the future.

This is my second maintenance experience with Catahoula. From the first contact to schedule the appointment, to the actual performance of maintenance, everyone demonstrated professionalism. Chrissy was very helpful in setting the time and date. The technician Isaac took great care that all screens and filters were clean. He performed the recommended and required maintenance tasks. I am impressed with the measures he took in leaving no mess. He cleaned the engine compartment and exterior cabinet. Then Isaac made sure I understood the system and answered all questions I had. Before leaving he made certain the system worked as it should under a full load. I am still completely satisfied with the way the unit is checked and maintained 2 years later as I was confident in my original choice of Catahoula Electric for my purchase and installation. 3/26/25 From the initial contact, installation, and maintenance this is a 5 ⭐️ star, professionally run organization. Starting with office staff Chrissy, representative Chad, technician Issac, and owner Nick: everyone treats me with the courtesy and concern as though they would family. Scheduling is easy, they show up on time, technician is knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. No questions or concerns are two small. They make sure to take the time to be certain the customer understands and is satisfied. Based on my experience I’m happy to highly recommend Catahoula Electric.
