We boarded our cat, Simon, for two weeks while we were away on vacation. It was our first time leaving him for an extended stay (Simon stayed for 2 nights a month prior just so that we could see if he would be okay and to calm our fears of leaving him for the first time!). We had nothing to worry about as his first stay went smoothly and the second time for two weeks he adjusted quickly. It was reassuring for us nervous cat parents to see photos and videos of him on the Cat's Paradise Facebook page while we were away. He looked happy and relaxed. When we picked him up, he was relaxing in his outside area of his dwelling and didn't come over for a few minutes, obviously in no hurry to come home:). He ate well (we provided them with his special dietary food) and I could see he had been brushed. Simon was healthy and happy and we have no reservations leaving him at Cat's Paradise Spa. It goes a long way for peace of mind to have such a caring and loving environment with staff who clearly enjoy their work and who adore their special furry guests:)

I boarded my cat here for a week and couldn't be happier with the experience. The facility was clean, spacious, and had a lovely outdoor area that my cat clearly enjoyed during his daily time outside. The staff were incredibly caring and accommodating, making me feel confident he was in good hands. What I appreciated most were the daily photo updates on Facebook—it was such a nice touch to see how he was doing each day. I would highly recommend this place to any cat owner, and I’ll absolutely be using them again if needed!

Fantastic experience overall! My husband and I boarded our cat, Lexi, for over 2 weeks due to a family vacation abroad, and I felt confident and at ease knowing that she was being well taken care of during that time. The photo updates on their Facebook page were lovely. It was so nice to see my cat happy and getting love while being away. When she got back home, she looked great. Her coat was even shinier than before so she must have been getting brushed regularly while staying there. Her name was labeled on all her food so it’s clear that the staff are diligent with all the cats’ food and keeping it separate. When we had to extended her stay by a couple of days because of delayed flights coming back, they were super flexible and allowed her to stay longer. We will definitely be boarding our cat here again for any future travel! Thank you!

I was quite nervous about leaving our babies with a stranger as the first time we did this (2 years ago at another kitty hotel) seemed to traumatized them. Not the case with the Cat's Paradise. From the photos I saw of our kitties - you could tell that they were at ease. When we picked them up; they seemed content to just stay! I was quite impressed when Hana said that they were going to move them to another room so they could use their water fountain - but this seemed to cause them stress; so they left them in the room they were comfortable in. Catering to their needs is so important. And she really knows her stuff! We are definitely going to use this place in the future and highly recommend to other cat lovers.
