One should never judge a book by it's cover! I have never been treated so poorly when shopping. I made a special trip to your location today to discuss Softubs! . .from the moment I walked in the door it seemed I was being dismissed. I had to initiate conversation with your staff and had to request on multiple occasions that HE walk me to the Softtub you have on display. It's too bad because past experiences at this location have always been very welcoming and positive.
