Where do I even begin!! Hiring Casey and her team was the best thing I did for my wedding. As a type A person (and bride), I almost didn’t get a wedding planner, because I was pretty on top of everything. HOWEVER, that would have been a huge mistake. Casey was more than just someone who helped me book vendors and make decisions. She was also my calm on the wedding day, the key piece in everything running seamlessly, and our biggest cheerleader. I had phone calls with lots of planners before picking Casey, but she was by far the most genuine, in my opinion. She makes you feel like your wedding is her top priority, even though she is so busy planning many others!! She brought in design elements that I never would’ve thought of, and that ended up being my favorite details. But she also helped me narrow down what was truly important to my husband and I, and eliminated unnecessary additions to the wedding day (and wedding budget!!). I’m so blessed to say our wedding day was perfect in every way, and it would not have been the same without Casey. Thank you for everything, our planner but now friend!! Don’t even hesitate, book Casey!!!!!!

To say Casey and her team were anything less than 5 stars would be a lie. I was thoroughly impressed I was with Casey and Courtney. I didn’t spend much time with the other girls (Kaylen x2??) but the small amount of time I did, they were equally as amazing. Courtney was such a great addition to have the day of the wedding, she was a calming presence and I knew things would get handled when I asked. I couldn’t imagine the day without them there! When we agreed to have our wedding in RI I knew we’d need some help with the little things that we weren’t familiar with in the area & you all played such a huge role in how our wedding turned out. My parents complimented all the girls on how they jumped and handled our seating chart situation when it wasn’t what it was supposed to be. Not having to deal with that myself (and not even knowing it happened until the reception) was great. I have nothing but good things to say & nick as well. We appreciate all the hard work you did behind the scenes! I would recommend you and your team to any bride looking for help with the planning process!

Choosing to work with Casey and her team for our wedding was probably one of the best decisions we made for our special day! We originally hired Casey to help us with vendor research. She is far more familiar with the local vendors to Newport, RI, and this process really helped us narrow down our choices. As time went on, we started to realize that we needed someone to help guide us the day of, and the month leading up to, our wedding. Casey built out our entire timeline, finalized everything with our vendors and really helped close the loop on a number of things. What stood out the most was everything she made happen on the day of our wedding! Not only did Casey and her team help us stay on schedule the entire day, but she made little behind the scenes things happen without my even knowing (like handling the rings, keeping my bridemaids on time, getting the dads and grandparents their boutonnieres and corsages, letting the venue know when we would arrive due to the rain, and so much more I probably don't even realize). Beyond that, Casey is a genuinely kind person and has a very calming presence to her which is very much needed on wedding day. Leading up to the day, she was extremely responsive and always willing to answer any question we had. I highly recommend working with Casey & Co. Events!
