I am riding the Trans American Trail and needed. New rear tire. Andrew and Amanda from parts gave me great recommendations on tire. Chris from service got the tire on the bike in while I waited without an appointment. John the owner I was talking with and shared my maps. I Was looking for a cover for my seat on my quad went in talk to the guy we looked at all the seat covers on the computer. I finally picked out one and he said this one will fit double checked said I’ll order this one. It was a few days late. The problem was it did not fit. It didn’t even look like the one that we ordered and I asked for a refund and he said we don’t do refunds just an in-store credit. It is one thing that I’ll never understand how some businesses decide and cherry pick which customers they choose to give good service to. I’ll never go to this place again.
