If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this management company at all costs. I was a loyal tenant for 2 years, and the way they treated me when I moved out was absolutely unacceptable. They’re refusing to return my damage deposit, claiming there were holes in the walls — a complete lie. I have video proof there were no holes, just small nudges in the drywall that were clearly from the original framing (which were there when I moved in). They also charged me an unreasonable carpet cleaning surcharge for the smallest bedroom in the unit , despite me leaving it in excellent condition. No third-party receipts, just ones they made themselves, which is highly suspicious. Let’s also talk about how I went 6 MONTHS without heat during a freezing Edmonton winter and another 6 MONTHS without a working washer/dryer. Both issues were only fixed after constant follow-ups, and the “compensation” they gave me was a joke. Any time I brought up concerns, they dragged their feet or ignored me entirely. They don’t care about tenants — only your money. Once you move out, they’ll find any excuse to keep your deposit, no matter how dishonest. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.

We haven’t moved in yet but we’ve already signed the lease and I just wanted to leave this review for Ash because he provided outstanding customer service to us. He was incredibly responsive and prompt. He assisted us every step of the way; from the apartment tour which by the way, I appreciate him for showing up on the time he said he would. Very professional. He made sure to check in to see of we had any questions or needed help, he did this without being pushy at all. We’re feeling very excited and can’t wait to move in!

Unable to reign in unruly neighbours, had nothing but issues with the company. Brennan Whitehouse is the president of the company and he refused to use my preferred name/greeting and yelled at me over the phone telling me he didn't care that I wanted to be addressed by my last name. His employee (Amel Dubarry) implied that I was trying to extort them and was chastised by the president, they were then forced to send me an email apology. Please stay away if you can help it.
