Buyer beware! It has been 8 days since buying a car with single owner no accidents… which is undriveable. “Collision detected” flashes half a second, can’t drive the car at all. A single day past their 7 day guarantee is beyond suspicious and Portland Carvana said “go get it fixed at your own expense”. The problem even happened the 7th day but not before their cutoff time that you have to call them. The manager could not speak English and couldn’t transfer us to anyone that could help resolve the issue. We have bought two cars from carvana in the past two months, this will be the last.

Carvana is a horrible company. They take advantage of the working class and the poor. My car engine and transmission had to be replaced after only 17,000 miles of driving and owning the car for six months. And it was a total of 69,000 miles. I didn’t have a car for 100 days. I still had to pay for that car without being able to use it. I received no help and no monetary reward. And I have the best care plan you can buy. It has been one of the most horrible experiences of my life and every day, I hope that someone crashes into me so I can total the car out and never have to work with these people ever again. They commit extortion every day on innocent consumers. Then we are told why didn’t you use the seven days back guarantee? How can I know that my car would do that six months after buying it? Now it needs a new Cadillac converter and emissions work. It is not covered by the warranty. So my engine is just leaking constantly every day and eventually will destroy the car but they don’t care and they refuse to help me in any way. I’ve spent over $5000 out of my pocket because I did not have a car for 100 days and that is on top of everything I had to pay for including insurance and car payments and gas. They claim to have no correlation with silverock and silverock claims the same thing. However, all over the website they are linked, listed on my homepage. But they do not care if you need help. I have wasted hours of time, missed work to try and fix this problem with zero solution. I feel taken advantage of. I feel cheated and I will never ever ever ever ever get another car loan again because of my experience with this horrible company.

Poor organization. Wish I read reviews before purchasing from them. I bought a truck that has a shipping fee and paid it assuming I would have the vehicle in a week. They have since postponed my delivery 4 times, three of which the postpone the day of the delivery after sending messages that the delivery is imminent. I have reached out and they don't give any convincing or congruent information on the delay cause. I have booked time off from my job in multiple occasions, postponed plans I made assuming I'd have the truck, have signed their documents multiple times (they require you to sign everything again each delivery) and have already paid to insure a car that I don't have in my possession. This is unacceptable that each delay turns into another week, as opposed to a day with no clear explanation why. My delivery fee should be refunded at a minimum and the delivery expedited as much as possible with actual updates onto the status of the car. They say when offering the car for sale that it has passed their "150 point" inspection but that's obviously a lie. I would advise you to avoid carvana if you don't want the experience I and many other users have had.

Steer clear of carvana!!! They could not even complete a very simple purchase. Everything was a hassle which required multiple time wasted calls that got me nowhere and no answers. My credit union had warned me it was going to go nowhere aaand they were spot on. I am truly baffled how this place is still in business. Worst attempted car purchase I have ever been a part of and I have seen it all when it comes to car buying. Maybe your experience will be different but mine was an absolute waste! Of my time and multiple other people who were involved. Never again!
