Patrick’s was amazing. We were stranded two hours away from our destination and two hours away from home, and it felt like we stopped at a friend’s house. Our transmission pan was leaking and I thought our vacation was over before it started. They were able to get it fixed same day and away we went. Everyone there was so nice. They played with my daughter, got her juice and toys, and even got us a reservation to a restaurant for the vacation that they saved. They rushed getting the parts and did it same day for the same price I paid for a periodical transmission maintenance. We were in a bind and they could have charged me an arm and a leg, yet it was a price I’d go back for the next time I need the job done. Not many places, or people, like this.

So far I have had a great experience. We got our vehicle fixed up and the price for what we were asking for seemed fair. I may come back and update my review after 6 months after repairs, but for now my car seems to be running like new!

Patrick's Auto is the best! I've taken my vehicle in a few times and the service is always great. I receive fair quotes, services are performed in a timely manner (often quicker than anticipated), and they communicate throughout the entire process if anything changes. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful. It's like visiting family. I can trust that anytime I have an issue with my vehicle, it'll be handled with care.

Patricks Auto just did work on my Ford F-150 that the Cam phasers was going out that Ford had a recall on in 2022. Ford wouldn't fix them because I was 200 miles over my 100,000 and the recall was not covered. So Patrick put new cam phasers, timing components and also added 3 quarts of transmission fluid because Ford did not fill my transmission fluid back up. They made sure to test drive my truck and make sure that everything was in working order and communicate to me when any new parts needed to be added on, or when I can expect to have my truck. They are really good at working with their customers when they need it. Thank you Patrick's Auto for always being there.
