I bought a black jeep Cherokee limited, from car sales man ..PJ and I got a deal paid cash about 17000.....I was interested at first...and than the second time around ... looked in side the car. It was dirty no mats. It needed a clean .. engine dirty ..asked to have it cleaned and Matt's included .. they accommodated to My needs .... but didn't clean the engine .. I trusted all I wanted would get done ...a couple days later I was showing my neighbour my new vehicle.. I noticed the lower front window cracked ..it was covered by the right whiper blade ..they said they changed it before ... for the safety ...two days later not noticing the noise of the front brakes because I like to Have the radio up .. sqeek sqeek ..when i braked . Since it's covered ..I booked a day to take it in ..talked to Brandon .. shop manager .. it was a Monday. I left it with them . walked to tim Hortons in the rain .. came back 3 hrs later car he said was supposed to bring it in on Tuesday I was like. I wouldn't agreee on that before bc I know I work on Tuesday .. bring it in the following week I called several times and left messages .. I walk into th office he was like I was ready to call u now ... but bring it in Tomorrow Tuesday. I said I'm working another time. I walked out upset ... brakes still Sqeeky... what a headache. The Feeling upset when I'm driving the vehicle ... this vehicle has been a headache and a mess..and washed it and washed .. over 10 major scratches are visible. What they did .. was they used something to cover up the scratches but eventually wore out bc of my frequent car washing ..I don't recommend anyone buying from Chelsea auto car or dealing with their car shop next door Roy robbins .. yes their used cars .. yes they don't all run the same but ..yes safety is number one and yes fake customer service is buying from Chelsea auto and Roy robbins shop....
