I bought a 2026 Equinox RS. I love it. It’s a beautiful car and has all the features I wanted and more. Jiovanni was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is so knowledgeable and kind. He doesn’t do the high pressure car salesman thing. He really listens to what you want. He got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. If you’re looking for a new Chevy go into Carr Chevrolet and ask for Jiovanni.

Not sure where to start here but I’d like to share the experience we had with Carr Chevrolet in Tualatin! As the month was winding down, I received a call from a gentleman that identified himself as Keefer. He explained he was new to the company and he was calling customers to ask if we’d be interested in trading in our Silverado 3500 HD LTZ, mentioning some attractive offers on trade-ins, factory incentives, and low financing options. Although we've been incredibly happy with our current truck, I remembered how great our previous experience was with Jesus at the dealership. Keefer let me know he works closely with him and would ensure that he would put Jesus in touch with us if we decided to explore new options. We communicated our interest, particularly regarding interest rates, and made it clear that if we were to shop for new vehicles, we had specific requirements in mind. Shortly after, Jesus gave me a call to tell me he’d begin searching his inventory to find trucks that matched our needs. Honestly, I wasn't sure if our expectations were a bit too high, but Jesus quickly put that to rest. The next day, he called back to tell me he had two trucks that seemed to fit everything we were looking for based on the information I provided! I submitted our trade-in information, and he worked diligently to provide firm offers, settling on a purchase price both through text and a phone call before we even made the 45-minute drive to the dealership. When we arrived, Jesus was there waiting for us, and both vehicles were prepped and ready for us to view. The whole experience involved minimal haggle, and we completed everything in just two hours! Every detail was as Jesus had promised, and the entire team at Carr Chevrolet made the process feel effortless. We couldn’t be happier with our new vehicles! When it’s time for us to buy again, we will definitely be reaching out to Jesus and the great team at Carr Chevy. WOW! Outstanding Customer Service and proof Carr Chevrolet in Beaverton is the best place for your Chevy. My husband and I had been taking our Chevys to Carr for over 15 years. But we moved to Yamhill County and when my Equinox sunroof drain clogged causing the floor to flood I thought I should give the local dealer a try. Mistake. I dropped the car off and it sat in their lot for 4 days while they waited for parts to arrive, every time I spoke to the service rep they kept suggesting I trade my car in, after 4 days I called and spoke to Tyler, the CARR service mgr, and he encouraged me to come back, I worked with John Aceves in parts who assured me they had all the replacement parts in stock and reserved them for our car and Christian Aceves in service was amazing. He made time for me the following morning (Friday) at 7am and had my car completely repaired on Saturday at 2pm including putting on my winter tires. They even honored a 10% coupon from the other dealership. The other Chevy Dealer was still waiting for the parts to arrive on Monday and wouldn't have had my car done until Wednesday 9 days later. This was such an impressive experience. The 2 dealers were like night and day. CARR is modern, bright, warm and inviting, humming with efficiency and integrity. The vibe in the shop is really positive and customer focused. I'm so glad I moved my car back to Carr and have learned a really important lesson: Stay loyal to where the service is excellent and reliable. Thank you Tyler, Christian and John. We'll continue to take our Tahoe and Equinox to Carr Chevy in Beaverton. It's worth the trip.
