I could not recommend Carpe Diem enough as the premier wellness studio in Minneapolis. From massage, recovery, countless class options, this place truly has it all! The staff are incredible people who genuinely are invested in the community they serve. The space in Northeast is beautiful as well!

If you're looking for an amazing yoga studio, THIS IS IT. The instructors are amazing, the space is beautiful, and the community is friendly and supportive. I absolutely love Carpe Diem and am so happy I came across this gem of a studio!

I’m so happy I found Carpe Diem! I’d been searching for the right yoga studio in NE, and this is exactly what I was looking for. The class times are super convenient, it’s never too packed, and I love the mix of classes and restorative services. The instructors are awesome - super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s such a positive, feel-good space every time I go!

My first time here to try their Fire & Ice. Lauren is AMAZING!!! She was so nice coming to get me when I was lost at the wrong door. Lauren explained the Fire & Ice process well and I really enjoyed it. The studio is very clean and I love the free towels! They also have water available for your bottle or have cups! Most places charge for towels to rent, so this is a nice service. Lauren was so nice and informative, and will for sure try to go back!! I recommend people to go try them out!!
