I.jave conversed with her several times since I have been a tenant with Carolina Property Management.LLC going on two years and I think they are the very best in the state of NC. However, this post is All about Mrs.Mary today. She is a very professional person, with excellent listening skills, she cares about the tenant's and homeowners and there concern's, she is dependable and.knows her job extremely well. I would.like to personally thank you for your patience, kindness and passion for the tenant's and homeowners at CPM. We need more hard workers like you that just don't clock in to work 9-5 but actually loves there job. Shane was incredibly helpful to talk to. When navigating a new home it is important to feel whoever you are conversing with is open and friendly. I got best realtor, his name was Cameron and he was just amazing he knew I am very young and am new to this and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions and helped me to his best ability. I was definitely scared to do this but It went away quick, 10/10. I also got approved quickly by this company, All their houses are so cutely modernized at very good prices some fridges and stove/microwaves are included which is amazing. I definitely would be working with them again

Thankfully, the team at Carolina Property Management helped us find a home and have been a pleasure to work with. We worked extensively with Shane who helped us through the application/approval process and securing a home. Even when there were hiccups, Shane provided help and other solutions readily. She was incredibly patient, communicative, and efficient. What really stood out to us was how we were treated — not just as applicants, but as real people. It never felt transactional or impersonal.
