Our Louisville, KY neighborhood, including our own home, was hit hard by a very significant hail storm several months ago. Based on the strong personal recommendations of several friends and family members, my wife and I contacted Carlon Roofing. Within a day, we were contacted by the company’s representative, Everson Strain. Everson quickly sat down at our kitchen table with us, walked us through the entire process and could not possibly have been more helpful and reassuring. He met our insurance adjusters at the house and advised us each step of the way assisting with the required documentation and every other aspect of what would have been a very difficult process without him. Everson is quite young but is also completely sincere and very knowledgeable professionally. He was the best! We can say the same for the crew chief and each member of the team which Carlon assigned to repair our very significant damage. We will never hesitate to call Carlon again. Great company!

Had an older roof that was damaged in a storm that was better to go ahead and replace. They sent Everson out to inspect the roof and assess damage, and I filed an insurance claim. Everson was present when the third party insurance inspector was gathering information for the claim which made me feel at ease knowing that someone from the roofing company was also there. Everson was patient and informative when walking me through the process and what to expect because this was my first roof replacement, and I appreciate that level of customer first approach to help me feel at ease. Once the claim was approved, I was scheduled quickly and given my options for material. Roof was completed quickly and within a few days of selecting materials and scheduling. Would use them again in the future if any damage was done.

Friendly and responsive for sure, very difficult to get contractors to respond but no issues here. The roof looks great, constant communication throughout the process and they assisted me through an insurance claim. Now when the wind blows I do not have to worry about finding shingles around the yard.
