I can't say enough nice things about this company! The BP monitor I purchased was actually shipped and arrived the same day (at no additional cost). I purchased the ADC e-sphyng 3 clinical grade BP monitor, which works wonderfully! I think I was lucky that the warehouse was close by my home. However, the customer service rep (John) was second to none. I originally purchased another BP monitor, which was going to be delayed in shipping. John prompted refunded the cost for that one and offered a $50 complementary coupon for another device. He worked closely with me via email, and we found a solution in purchasing the ephyng 3 model. There are lots of wonderful medical supply companies, but IMO, the customer service parses out the truly good ones. Would highly recommend Medical Spa Supply!
